Mlle Eleonore Riego de la Branchardiere
In my opinion, Mlle Riego is the Godmother of modern crochet. She was a visionary in the needlearts of Crochet, Knitting, Tatting & Netting , in the 19th Century.
It is my pleasure to re-create her designs for the enjoyment of todays discerning crochet lovers, historical costumers & history bounders.
Abergeldie Winter book 1867 projects
I’ve chosen 2 articles from this year as entries in the Foundations Revealed Competition 2023: The Empire Petticoat and the Reticule Muff.
All will be completed in wool blends in colors representing the Rio Grande Wild Turkey.
My apologies on an incomplete presentation. Pieces are in varying stages of completion. Please check back for project updates.
