Reclectic Goods went to Queens, NY as a designer in Crochet Fashion Week NY.
The theme was A Stitch In Time. I went quite literal and created items fitting the silhouette & aesthetics from 1935-1945.'
I love linen!
In keeping with the silhoutte, I sought to represent the look of the blue dress . However, blue linen thread was not an option, so I went with a lovely burgandy.
Chevron skirt & Andromeda shawl
The Chevron Skirt is of palest green and light teal linen thread. This is my first attempt at “corner to corner” crochet to make the 4 panels needed for the skirt.
